Processing of personal data by the Office of the Parliamentary Ombudsman

The Office of the Parliamentary Ombudsman uses a case management system to store the information necessary for monitoring and processing cases that the Office processes. The information stored is for example name and contact details of the complainant the subject of the complaint.

The complainant´s name is public information, if it´s not decided to be a case of sensitive data and therefore not published.
