Coronainfo

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the customer service provided by the Office of the Parliamentary Ombudsman will be restricted for the foreseeable future. Documents intended for delivery to the Office will be accepted at the D entrance between 8 am-4 pm (Eduskuntakatu 4, Helsinki). The Office will continue to provide service by telephone as normal.
