Restrictions to the customer service provided by the Office of the Parliamentary Ombudsman in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the customer service provided by the Office of the Parliamentary Ombudsman will be restricted for the foreseeable future. Documents intended for delivery to the Office will be accepted at the public entrance of the Finnish Parliament Annex, where they will be stamped as received. As such, there is no personal customer service at the registry of the Office of the Parliamentary Ombudsman. In addition, personal advisory services will no longer be available for the foreseeable future. The Office will continue to provide service by telephone as normal.
