The Office of the Ombudsman

The staff of the Office of the Ombudsman include the following officials who are appointed by the Ombudsman: the Secretary General, legal advisers, all of whom are lawyers. 

In addition, the staff includes lawyers with advisory functions as well as two information officers, investigating officers, notaries, records and filing clerks and office secretaries.

The lawyers, notaries and inspectors process cases referred to the Ombudsman.

The Office of the Ombudsman is located in an annex to the Eduskunta Building at the address Arkadiankatu 3, Helsinki.
