Complaint to the Parliamentary Ombudsman

We ask you to fill in all points marked with an asterisk (*) and set out your reasons for believing that an unlawful procedure has been followed.

You can also write your complaint using a word-processing programme and then "copy and paste" the text into the fields on the form. Use Control+C to copy and Control+V to paste.
